Current PBEM Characters and Games
I do not have a PBEM game yet, I was suppose to be in one but it does not seem to be getting started so I am on the look once more for a game. I have a character I would like to play worked out and set up, I just need a game to place her in.
CHARACTER GENDER: Female CHARACTER NAME: Callista Rivers
Character:
Callista Rivers, age 24, long blonde hair worn in a long braid down her back. She has dark blue almost black eyes, nose is a little on the large side, lips are not small nor large. She has a light scar that is across the left cheek. Her hands are small but calloused from hard work. Her skin is tanned from being outside in all kinds of weather. In towns she wears bright shirts and pants and is all about her job as trader. Outside of town, when she is alone she sings to her team though some of her songs are a bit bawdy and is basically happy person . She is easy going and does her best to stay out of trouble but if trouble comes if she can not out run it, she will fight hard and have no mercy. Skills: Throwing knives 2 She is very proficient with these Bow and Arrow Mainly used for hunting when on the road but skillful enough to use on other things if need so skill is moderate. Reading/writing Being a woman traveling alone and doing a man's trade she has learned to pay great attention to others and to read other people's faces/body language. This also helps in her job as a trader.

Weakness: Callista is afraid of bugs and rats, she can deal with them only long enough to kill them. She will keep a spider or a lizard on her wagon to help keep bugs out of her rig during the summer. She can fight but really prefers to not fight and if given a chance she will either hide or run before fighting. *************************************************************** ROLE PLAYING SAMPLE *************************************************************** Grumbling to herself as the team of horses entered the town at the same time the rain began to pour down from the skies, Callista hunkered as much as she could in her jacket. Blinking her eyes as she tried to make out the streets and grumbling to herself, the soaked blonde turned down several streets before she entered an alley and turned the team into a stable at the end. Sighing, Callista stops the team inside the barn and hops down out of the wet seat. Quickly she shuts the barn doors and began to unbuckle the harnesses of the horses then leading the horses into their stalls before tossing in a bit of hay for each of them. With the horses taken care of, Callista turns and enters the back of the warehouse. The smells with in the warehouse were so famliar and so comforting that several deep breaths were drawn as the soft leather boots made their way across the dusky room. On the other end was a door that led into a kitchen which was warm and the smell of fresh bread warfed through the air. "Mandy!" Callista hollered as she walked through the small kitchen. "Callista!" A very large woman screamed as she ran into Callsta wrapping her large arms around the slender woman. Wrapping her arms around the older woman to hug her back, Callista smiled as she slowly pulled back from the hug. "Where can one find a decent meal around this place?" "Well, right here! You just come in and sit down. I just made a fresh lamb stew today and some fresh bread." Nodding and doing as she was told, Callista sat down at the table. "Where is Silas?" "He went to the square to find out more about this peace treaty that is suppose to stop all this warring. If it goes through he wants all of us to get in to the trading part as fast as possible. After money he is, like normal." Shaking her head Mandy sat down a bowl of steaming stew and a plate with fresh bread near Callista. "Peace? I do not know if that would be possible, but if it was he is right Mandy we do need to be the first ones to profit on that." Chewing on a piece of bread, Callista thought about that statement, it is true. The first to bring back artifacts from the other races would bring a good profit and maybe only a couple of good runs with them and perhaps she could retire. Retire? Callista laughed inside and continued to eat the good meal that Mandy had provided.
PBEM Experience
I use to play in a PBEM game that was rated in the top 10 of a list of hundreds of games. All the writers were very good and I enjoyed writing with them. I had wrote with them for around 3 1/2 years . It was Raven's Keep and I had a character there named Callista but it is a different one than the one I am introducing here. I enjoyed the game but life interfered and caused me to be unable to continue playing the game. I went to see if it was still running but it is not. I started the above game to better my writting skills and now that I have the time I would like to do that once more. :)
